Van Halen performs on Jimmy Kimmel Live and The Ellen DeGeneres Show

Van Halen has had quite a week!

To promote their upcoming tour and the release of Tokyo Dome Live in Concert, the boys performed live for the first time on two TV programs. The first appearance, on Jimmy Kimmel Live, famously shut down Hollywood Blvd., attracting over 6,000 fans. It also prompted the question “Why is David Lee Roth wearing a bandage on his nose?” Kimmel answers that question below, complete with video.

The very next day, the band tore through songs on The Ellen Degeneres Show’s stage to the delight of the (seemingly) all-female audience. If you missed any of them, here are all of VH’s TV performances from the past week!

“Panama” on Jimmy Kimmel Live

“Runnin’ with the Devil” on Jimmy Kimmel Live

“Hot for Teacher” on Jimmy Kimmel Live

“Eruption/You Really Got Me” on Jimmy Kimmel Live

“Dance the Night Away” on Jimmy Kimmel Live

“Jump” on The Ellen DeGeneres Show

BONUS: Does the girl Dave’s dancing with look familiar? Check out the Kimmel version at around 2:30…
