Reunited Guns N’ Roses lineup play first show in 23 years

Of course it happened on April Fools Day!

The reunited Guns N’ Roses kicked off their Not in This Lifetime tour at Los Angeles’  Troubadour last night. It was the first time the classic lineup of Axl Rose, Slash, and Duff McKagan have performed together since 1993. In addition to a headlining slot at Coachella 2016, GNR has also announced a full slate of U.S. tour dates yesterday.

Celebrities such as Emily Ratajkowski (the above pic comes from her Instagram), Nicolas Cage and Andrew Dice Clay were in the house. The latter inspired a chant of “Dice! Dice! Dice!” when he was spotted.

Also present: all the classic GNR jams one would expect: “It’s So Easy,”“Paradise City,”“Sweet Child O’ Mine,” “You Could Be Mine,” and of course, “Welcome to the Jungle.”

Cameras were not permitted into the April Fool’s gig, but … come on.
