Sting has released his first rock single in over a decade.
It’s the first track from 57th and 9th, and here it is in its studio incarnation … as well as a live performance for an intimate KROQ audience.
57th and 9th – his 12th album – is named after the intersection in New York he traveled through on his way to the studio. Songs will tackle world events he absorbed during his time out, such as the deaths of David Bowie and Prince, and the mounting catastrophe of climate change.
It will be released 11/11/2016 and follows a career-spanning vinyl release.
