The Annual Soundwaves All-Star Giveback Celebration Returns

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — The 36th annual Soundwaves Xmas returns this December with The 12 Days of Soundwaves Xmas, a brand-new limited streaming series celebrating music, community, and giving back.
Hosted by Chasta, Dennis Willis, Steven Kirk, Morris Knight, Joe McCaffrey, and Joe Hawk, Soundwaves Xmas 2025 will feature exclusive performances filmed at The Complex Recording Studio in San Francisco.
This year’s lineup includes special appearances from Bay Area media favorites: Dan Ashley (KGO-TV), Baby Huey, Nikki Blakk, and John J (107.7 The Bone), Chris Jackson (KFOX), Freska and Rudy Ortiz (KBLX), Big Reid, Ellen Perez, and Mary Diaz (99.7 Now), John Stanley (OG Creature Features), Trixie Rasputin and Jisselle Fernandez (KKIQ, @modrockjam).
Exclusive performances and holiday greetings will come from The Seagulls, Deadly Vices, MEGG, Right Proper, AMAYA, The Sam Chase, Joyce Lee, The Hot Takes, PrettyBoy Chance, The Hyperdrive Kittens, Greg Hoy and the Boys. and Frantic Romantic.
Soundwaves Xmas continues its proud tradition of supporting community organizations. This year’s featured nonprofits include: San Francisco Fire Fighters Toy Program, Santa Clara Firefighters Holiday Toy Drive, Community Music Center, Pacifica Resource Center, R.O.C.K. (Real Options for City Kids), Second Harvest of Silicon Valley, Sacred Heart Community Service, San Francisco Suicide Prevention, Community Kitchen Kits, and the All Within My Hands Foundation.
